With the advent of computer teaching aids education scenario in medical colleges has experienced a great change; researchers in education often link it with educational and learning environments. The aim of this article is to review computer teaching aids and their influence on educational and learning environments. As a result of this discussion, a theoretical model of the influence of computer teaching aids on educational and learning environments is developed and applied to the analysis of the use of computer teaching aids in educational and learning environment of medical college. This article takes into account the students perspective regarding teaching methodologies and a comparison of different methodologies.
