The K.J Somaiya Medical college provides quality sports facilities for students in the campus. The multitude of sports facilities include a professional cricket ground , a big football ground , a small football turf, a volleyball & throwball court, a table tennis room & a carrom room. Also we have one of the very few skating rinks in mumbai.

The football turf & the cricket ground are provided with flood lights and hence can be used at night as well. The cricket ground with lights is one of the best in Mumbai equipped with dressing rooms for players.

Sports activities are carried out regularly for students with an aim to keep them healthy physically & mentally. Coaching programs are conducted for students in coordination with Somaiya Sports Academy to ensure that the students perform well at intercollege, district or state level sports competitions.
