Inspired by the guiding principle of the Bhagvad Gita, Padmabhushan Shri Karamshibhai J Somaiya built the Medical College and Hospital with single- minded mission.

To remove the suffering of all beings afflicted by pain or disease.
To train medical professionals who will imbibe this guided principle and be the best in their chosen profession.
