Introduction

She is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at K.J.Somaiya Medical College. She completed her M.D. Psychiatry and Diploma in Psychological Medicine from LTM Medical College and Sion Hospital affiliated to Mumbai University in 2000. She did her MBBS from LTM Medical College and Sion Hospital affiliated to Mumbai University in 1996. She is actively involved in various hospital administrative and student welfare activities. She has 10 publications in national level journals. She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Annals of Reasearch in Medical and Surgical Sciences.
